Bantam Tools has a 30-day return policy. You may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. You may also exchange products. The Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine and Bantam Tools Desktop CNC Milling Machine are covered by a 90-day warranty. Questions? Email us:

The following policy applies to returns, refunds, and exchanges not covered by our Limited Warranty.

30 Days

Bantam Tools has a 30-day return policy. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Make sure to retain the original packaging during this 30-day period, because it is required to complete a return.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be returned in their original packaging. If you are returning a Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine or Bantam Tools Desktop CNC Milling Machine, it must be shipped in accordance with the “Preparing your Bantam Tools Milling Machine for Shipping” instructions below.


To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To start the return process, please fill out our support form or email We will respond to your request within 2 business days. No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange unless pre-approved. Please include the following information in your email: your name, order number, Milling Machine Serial number if applicable, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. If your return is pre-approved you will receive a notification email, which will include a return approval number that must be included with your return shipment. Once your refund/exchange has been approved, please follow the shipping instructions below. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will ship a replacement product within 2 days of receiving your defective or damaged item.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the items returned do not match those authorized, we will not accept the return, and it will be mailed back to you at your expense. If you have requested a refund and we have approved it, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Restocking Fee

Refunds for non-defective items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if any of the packaging is damaged during shipping and needs to be replaced. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Preparing your Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine for Shipment

Pack your Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine in its complete original packaging, including the carriage locks. If you received the original packaging and/or carriage locks in a damaged condition, please indicate this when you submit your return or exchange authorization request, so that alternate instructions may be provided. When inserting your carriage locks, face your milling machine towards you and make sure that the bed is all the way front, the x-axis carriage is pushed all the way to the right side, and the spindle head is completely down. You may have to hand turn the lead screw of the spindle head to get it to move the spindle head all the way down. The covers will make sure that the bed, carriage, and spindle don’t move during shipping. Any movement could damage the Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine and invalidate your return.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping for any item. We recommend using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
